Really annoying that I had to do this over again after my save from the first time I mastered this game already had each bonus weapon purchased. I'd like to help out others who are share my situation. Does RA allow the sharing of game saves?

To anyone who don't want to do this run again disable the achievement from DuckStation. run the game to mercenary mode and run memory scanner from tools menu in DuckStation and search for the right code of the amount of money you want when you get 18999 don't buy anything yet turn off duckstation and enable the achievement again turn on the emulator again run the game and buy all the staff congrats.

For those trying to do this legit, just play a full A rank style run with Mikhail. Kill everything you see, all time bonuses, all hostages rescued. You can pull 1600-1800 a run, even if you fail you'll get a good 600. It's a definite grind but you can get there over time.
