    Meu problema era a opção Dynamic Recompiler do RA. Desliguei, tentei novamente e daí a conquista deu certo

    I noticed that this and others achievements related to getting lives are not compatible with the gpSP core, this core is not even available in RALibretro, which makes it impossible for me to try to solve it, so I suggest to use any other GBA core that is not gpSP

    Yeah, same thing with gpSP. mGBA works.
