It wasn't as bad as I thought. Turns out this was easier than the evil and sadistic Wood Man achievement in my opinion.
Sure, my thumbs are pretty sore at this point, but it's a good thing I finished all the 50 point achievements at last.

I had to take an actual break from gaming for this achievement. My thumb was killing me lol finally got it with some luck.

Main thing is, like has already been mentioned, get hit by his boomerangs. The i-frames are a lifesaver. If you get hit by his collision once chances are it'll be a bad run. If I can do it anyone can do it, so good luck.

One thing I have to add that helped a lot: When you slide away is the time to shoot him with a short hop in most cases. Otherwise, good Boomerangs are very handy.
