    i got slightly confused at the "valley" thing. Turns out its just an innocent typo, you might wanna check that out sometime later.

    There's a building with a parking lot behind it. You will notice 2 tall concrete walls, behind one of them lies a Easter egg that also showed up back in GTA 3. Get a truck (preferably a Yankee), take it there, and climb the tallest wall to find it.
