With Boomerang/Cross its actually really easy. Whip Franken at the Start a little then back off the most left higher Platform. Spam Cross against the Fleamen. Look at your Counter in the Menu.

I found a cheese strat with the dagger that made this super easy after hours of trying. If you stutter step into the boss room stopping just before halfway in you can spawn Frank but he does not move just jump throw daggers until you get your 10 hits then finish with the whip.

That's why there are 309 retro points. As far as I understand, only retro points represent rarity and difficulty, hardcore points do not take this into account. I'm not sure why people even go for them if hardcore points don't represent anything, I always filter the leaderboards by retro points, they show how many actually difficult achievements have been unlocked by a person

The same thing that happened to Moshe happened to me, but in my case the achievement did pop out in retroarch but it was not reflected in the retroarch.com leaderboard, not only that but later in that run I got the axe battler achievement and also appeared in retro arch, however it was not reflected on the website, I thought that maybe a few minutes later it was going to appear, like in Moshe case, however that did not happen, today I got the axe battler again, however that did not make The Pride of Frankenstein achievement appear

This was really ridicolus, but you can hit the flea by right timing in a next frame again (Whip), I thought that flea could die by taking 10 hits. I got the achievement by a half second before I died by his fireball. And don't take daggers

I did this with the axe. I farmed the axe from fleamen before the final corridor, got the triple off the bone dragons. Then I hit fleadude once with the whip at the start of the fight to get the first hit, then stayed in the middle of the room dodging fireballs and hitting him with the axe which helped hit him and freeze him while aerial. a lot of the hits to him will hit frank too making it easy to end the fight.
