Stupid Recover. Mewtwo kept healing and I ended up running out of other Poke Balls, so I had to Master Ball it just to get the achievement. Didn't save progress afterwards, so I can get the roaming legendary with it instead (to avoid Roar glitch).

After finding Sapphire and completing the network machine in the islands, you can buy Timer Balls from the vendor in Two Island. If balls are not shown, enter the pokemon center, leave, and talk to the vendor again (repeat twice). Timer balls will be shown the third shop expansion.

On my last pokemon, a low level Lapras. I threw a Great Ball just for fun, and it caught it, lol.

@AbKun, ya, when you just do something for fun like randomly throwing a great ball it gets caught but not when you are trying to catch it, happened with me, i used toxic for fun and it got poisoned and was on red line, and i told myself "Now either die or get caught only have 2 choice. I think i should just throw a ball" and threw a ball for fun and boom it got caught
