    You have to do a little bit faster at 3rd Cycle. Just stand and shoot is fast enough.

    You have to shoot each eye twice in 3 cycles. I stood and shot upwards at the right eye, and then jumped to shoot the left eye.

    If you stay on the outer edge of the top platforms and shoot while holding up you'll hit the closer eye. Shoot it twice then quickly walk a bit forward to be in position to hit the other eye, also while holding up.
    Repeat it three times.
