This should be marked as missable. If you go back through the cave instead of using reveal in the pass, the people will have cleared the boulders and you won't have the opportunity to save Hsu.

After you can lift rocks. And making your way to the "Reveal" teacher. Wich is in an small temple town. Go directly to the east in the world map. And between 2 mountains, you will enter an new zone. Here you will find 3 people. And on under the big rock. Use reveal to go inside the mountain. And go to the 3 peoples. After some interaction, you can lift the rock. And when done, achievement will popup. Remember this is missable if you go further in the story.
