    If the cutscene doesn't trigger, speak to a soldier in the town before the desert.

    Thanks for the heads up. I was wondering why it wasn't triggering but it was due to not having that event in town with the soldier before going through the desert.

    another part that tripped me up, and i suspect others will discover it as well, is that after the cutscene the tornado still chases you. so you have to immediately leave to the next screen to get the achievement.
