Can't tell if it's an emulator issue or not, but the achievement seems to be bugged for me, I lose it always in the first phase randomly, sometimes even before the fight itself. Only was able to get it through save stating, I'll try a different pscx2 build that isn't a dev build, but it's weird this seems to be the only achievement I've encountered so far with this issue.

3.2.42, version of pcsx2 scus-97316 us version of game iso on emu, disabled in even before first phase fight as it never popped up, all others worked perfectly fine till this
