Start the Mission Money for Nothing, get in the nearby Sentinel with Lance and Forbes and drive to the FP/EC Cream Pony. When you arrive, you will see a Blue Arrow on the FP/EC Cream Pony. All you have to do now is kill either Lance or Forbes to fail the Mission and then get into the FP/EC Cream Pony
