    even with 2 videos for help i still cant get this, probably over 5 hours of trying and still notta.

    Well it took a few tries, but I did it here are few things that can help

    - You won't fail the mission if the cholo got so far, you will only fail if Phil is dead or if you got too far away from Phil.

    - Don't let Phil damage the car so much, otherwise it will just explode when you use the flamethrower.

    - A good strategy I found is to follow him slowly, so Phil won't shoot then when you find a nearby cat that you can get to fast enough go for it and try to pin him down that way.

    - Another strategy is to wait for him at the end of a route he is on and then use the flamethrower.

    - The sabre has to be floating in the water to progress the mission.
