    To pick up a patient without taking up a seat, wait for them to start getting in from the back side, then get out and get back in the Ambulance (they should get out before you're back in.). Do this multiple times to pick up every patient in a level in one trip.

    Thank you so much for that tip! I can't believe I've been playing these games for 25 years and didn't know this. I wonder if it works in any of the other 3D era games? Would be amazing.

    No they don't, if i remember correctly, the mission instantly fails if you exit the vehicle

    Ah, that's too bad. Any good speed tips for the vigilante missions by chance? I usually use a hunter in the other games but wondering if there's some insane trick like this.
