Seems like you can even do it with only unlocking three doors, if you use the glitch required for the "did I unlock that door" cheevo

I only unlocked 4 doors (using the enter and re-enter trick and the bombs to avoid the one just before the Wooden Boomerang) and got 30/30 but still did not get the achievement?

It'll still count up to 30/30, even if you unlock more than four doors. It'll give you the achievement if you only unlock four

The description of the achievement is rather suboptimal. It should say: Get Every Items and keys, visit every room in Level 1 while opening only four locked doors. It confused me that keys count as normal items. I had to do it twice (trying the glitch once) to get it to work properly

Even though I have met the requirements of only opening four doors, doing the trick of returning and entering the dungeon, it does not appear as an achievement for me.

Doesn't work, I've visited every room, gotten every item, bombed the bomb walls, and only unlocked 4 doors (absolutely certain of that), and it didn't pop despite fulfilling the requirements exactly.

Hi NicoTesla27, I just redid it on another file before seeing your response, and confirmed it's three keys by re-entering to automatically unlock the first door, then only unlocking the two doors leading to the bow at the northernmost end of the dungeon and the door to Aquamentus.

There are 6 doors and 6 keys. 3 doors need to be skipped. The first door by re-entering. The other two doors, in the center of the dungeon, can be avoided by creating holes in the walls.
