If I undestand, we need to destroy the rubble at the top right of the image for skip fortress. I did it but achiev didn't unlocked. I'm right or it's a bug ?

That would be it. Maybe you load into the game before the emulator registered you or had a bad timing with Internet issue...

After the fortress and before level 4 there is a card (extra lives) and right on top of it there is a rock, you have to break it with a hammer, and that's it! achievement unlocked.
