    wtf, I bombed and killed all darknuts except one, and I hit him with 4 bombs, he flashed each time, but he didn't die! I had to hit him twice with the white sword and then he died. Very odd

    automidnight: the same happened to me. I figured out that the bomb can't explode on front of the enemy.

    Bombs have a "direction" just like sword slashes which is the same as the direction Link is facing when he places the bomb. The bomb will not hurt the Darknuts if its facing direction is toward their shield, same as sword slashes.

    The comments had me confused thinking I had to do this with 1 bomb. Thank God that isn't true! You can use as many bombs as needed.

    one of the first darknuts i killed dropped a clock, i was able to freeze time to kill the rest in seconds. didnt even take damage. very lucky!

    there's literally like 3 rooms with darknuts in them in this dungeon.... so like which fucking room is it? could this be any more vague? jesus christ.

    The room with the staircase to the right that leads to the raft. Bottom of the dungeon, has the most darknuts of all.

    So, I killed all the darknuts in the room with bombs only, didn't pop. Some of them I had to hit multiple times with bombs - I never left, and the darknuts supplied me with extra bombs. Any hints as to why I didn't get it?

    you can come later, with increased bomb capacity. You can also always retry, just leave Level-3.
    The "item room" is the room with the staircase to the raft.

    It was much easier than it seemed and not worth 25 points. 8 bombs were enough for me, I was just waiting for them to gather in a pile and threw a bomb. Maybe I was lucky.
