I'm getting retroarch progress indicators for this cheevo as I collect items in quest 1. I have never played on quest 2, so not sure why that would happen. I haven't gotten the cheevo yet though so can't say for sure whether it will unlock, but it seems like it's counting items for it though, even though I'm not in quest 2 yet....

Can confirm whit 100% you get progression on the first quest, but it won't pop up, so it works correctly.

As far as I'm aware, the items you need are: Wooden Sword, White Sword, Magical Sword, Magic Shield, Raft, Book of Magic, Blue Ring, Red Ring, Ladder, Magical Key, Power Bracelet, Wooden Boomerang, Magical Boomerang, Bombs (and maybe both bomb upgrades), Bow, Arrow, Silver Arrow, Blue Candle, Red Candle, Recorder, Bait, Letter (maybe you need a red potion too), and the Wand

Weird, I've got absolutely everything, including meat, maps, compasses, rings, EVERYTHING, but it still sits at 95 percent. Do you have to beat the second quest Ganon before it unlocks?

I think getting the upgraded items in the wrong order (like the arrow and silver arrow; the the wooden sword, white sword, and magic sword; the blue and red ring; etc) will glitch out the achievement. Maybe open a ticket if you're sure you got everything?

Do I need to get all the keys from each dungeon? I didn't do that, but I have every major item I think and all other achievements.

Yes. I have raft, book, red ring upgraded from blue, ladder, key, bracelet, magic boomerang upgraded from wooden, max bombs, silver arrows upgraded from wooden, bow, red candle upgraded from blue, recorder, bait, red potion, wand, magic shield, magic sword upgraded from white upgraded from wooden.

If you're absolutely sure you have everything (which it looks like you do), you could open a ticket and request a manual unlock. The last thing I'd check for is to make sure you're in second quest

Yeah it's definitely second quest. Maybe it didn't work because I did most of the run swordless. I did get all the swords in order but they were the last things I got and perhaps that somehow messed it up??

I got the achievement on my swordless run, so I don't think that's the issue

The magic shield and meat are easy to miss. The only key you need is the magical key.

I accidentally ended my second quest with everything but the magic shield and bait. Now I'm doing it all over again. Don't be me.

Soo I got 100% in first quest? I know it says 2nd quest, but why does it say in retroarch that it's locked when I have 100%?

The 100% is just keeping track of the items. You didn't unlock the achievement because you were in first quest, not second quest
