Yikes... followed the guide line by line and achievement didn't pop on the last one. Did anyone else have a similar issue?

I hit all the blocks and it didn't pop. However I think it might be tracking whether you actually grab the item, because I just realized they're respawning if you leave without touching the item

Bunting is correct, you have to pick up the item at least once. You don't have to hold it in your inventory, but it needs to be held by you and then dropped in order for the block to fully be depleted and count towards the achievement

Hit all 47 of them, even made a check list and went to every single one of them but it only says I have 46.
