    Man, I'm awful against Frank and need holy water....to have to farm the axe and carry it forward means it's finally time to git gud.

    Yeah, fuck bringing the axe with you on stage 7. At the start of stage 11, farm the fishmen. They drop axes fairly often. Good luck getting one to drop in stage 13, it's near impossible. I farmed for over 45m on the little henchmen guys, and never saw one.

    You can not get an Axe drop from enemies on Stage 13, it IS impossible. The only time you can get an Axe drop off of an enemy is in Stage 10, Stage 11 and Stage 12. Source, `special_table` array: https://tasvideos.org/GameResources/NES/Castlevania

    What a stressful piece of shit, the most tedious achievement in my opinion, it should be more than 10 points, I mean, the route to do is abysmal, the boss can dodge many of the axes, then stage 13 is easy, but still, advancing 3 stages without losing the axe... ufff.

    So as i thought, i need to bring the axe from another level... God damnit, and this was a good run.

    Wow, that took longer than expected, but i have a tip to make going for this one much, much more bearable. If you die in your run to the Igor and Monster boss, just die until you go to the continue screen, then farm Fishmen on Stage 11. The stages 11-13 are not that hard, only thing you need to watch out for is the stupid bats.
    Also, GET DOUBLE SHOT OR TRIPLE SHOT. This is crucial for the boss fight with Igor and the Monster because you will stun Igor in the air with your axes, and you can just keep at it until the boss is dead. Double Shot helps alot with that. Then, in stage 13 DO NOT STAND NEAR THE CANDLES. I ended up ruining my run twice because i grabbed the stupid Holy Water by accident. This stage has three secrets.

    Getting all candles is impossible without the axe and this stage doesn't offer such, wtf?

    The farming part makes this achievement very tedious. Killing fishmen for ten long minutes everytime you die is not fun.
