HOW?! When does this unlock? Immediately after beating the werewolves? Or sometime later?I've stopped playing because this won't pop for me.

Does this option only occur if she didn’t save you from the goblins?

This achievement will only appear if you do not enter the castle at pandora and recruit her early like I did, instead go to Gaia's Navel and Solo Tropicallo or whatever the name of the monster is right before getting your dwarf companion to even recieve that achievement for soloing it. After you conduct your business at Gaia's Navel IE: upgrading weapons then head into the witches forest just north of Gaia's Navel and sometime there you will encounter primm or the princess trying to save Dyluck getting attacked by werewolves. Kill them and name Primm the princess and bam you should get your achievement if the achievements loaded upon starting the game.

Even if you do recruit her at Pandora, it's still possible to get this achievement. Just go straight to Gaia's Navel with her in your party; she'll refuse to go further and leave.

When you are ready to recruit her again, you can find her in the Haunted Forest battling the werewolves as usual.
