Europe, Vineyard Southbound. After the first left turn, there is always a wine van on the far left oncoming traffic. Try to push someone into that at the start of the event and you got it.

The best map for this is Vineyard Southbound in Europe but, the van doesn't always appear at the beginning. If anyone finds this troublesome like me I recommend just playing normally on single event road rage mode until you manage to lure a rival into the wine van instead of just restarting over and over hoping you'll get it to spawn only to not reach it fast enough and fail.

This is the hardest part of the game and the only thing I can recommend is patience.

The first wine truck on Vineyard Southbound can be pretty hard to hit since you gotta catch up to the pack first, and the AI tends to bunch up on the opposite side. I found the wine truck guaranteed to spawn on the rightmost lane after the next turn to be a lot easier to hit.
