The method for this on the signature takedowns guide video on YouTube is… absolute garbage. It says to pick Muscle Grand Prix and try it in Race 1… don’t do this!!! It’s a horrible method, it can be laborious and just…an absolute waste of time. I tried for 2 hours before finding a better method. 2 hours I’ll never get back 🥴

Go to Single Event -> Road Rage -> USA, Waterfront Westbound

There will ALWAYS be truck with a speedboat at the end of the tunnel (oncoming/left side). The A.I will be right in front of you and it might take a few restarts to line it up right but at least with this method you can restart and try again within 10 seconds or so rather than a couple of minutes using that other method

Yes you absolutely can get signature takedowns on single event, this is how I got it. Good luck!
