Does'nt work by itself weird layout configuiration needed it seem. Keyboard does'nt look to work well i think it's maybe the difference between AZERTY and QWERTY maybe it could be true...

You can't select for the second controller with only a controller in port 1. And keyboard is not activated on Retroarch for port 2...

Don't know how to do. except trying and pray it's the different layout keyboard but i don't think if you can't activate anything else except your only controller /joypad (in occurds an Xbox One série X one).

Ok i found it ! So put ingame on the quick menu setting, go to Touch (the menu where you have gamepad) just actvate the other one in joypad auto.

And there it is ! Of course don't forget to already put it in your Retroarch

Only thing the main menu will bug when you push directionnnal or analog buttons (two step for each press not usual 1 step down or up).

Use keyboard there just to select Mania (i confirm yes it work weirdly but work) and i STRONGLY advertise take 9 lives. (you will see WHY....comparing to...Hardest is almost enough easy at least the beginning).

You can assign the samegamepad for port 2 in fcat.

One you do: press X+A if you have a Xbox série X or Xbox One controller (or even Xbox 360 why not).

For Playstation in logicial in Auto: Square + Cross + Start when you are on the Options menu (not INSIDE the menu )

If you do well it's exact you will unlock in fact Very easy AND Mania difficulties.

I have had the acheviement...but honestly was expecting it will behave weirdly

Due to the cheat protection, if you end up with more than 5 lives at the end of the stage, the achievement will trigger after you lose a life or two during the second stage
