This must be done in the one playthrough entering challenge mode resets this back to 0 similarly to deaths it resets back to 0 after a player enters challenge mode it acts in the same way as this achievement

You may also see the unused comic show up after going to the insomniac museum this is expected but you can only see the special vid comic 1 by only going to the museum and playing it there

Do i need to beat the game for this to show up?
I saw 7/7 but it didn't pop´up

I'm encountering the same issue as Sgoc. The achievement progress bar displays 7/7 but hasn't popped. The "Legendary Lombax" achievement has subsequently gotten stuck at 100% and also hasn't popped. Is there something I've missed?

I started and finished all 7 Vid-Comics in a row, including both methods of playing the unnamed one (via the list on the Starship Phoenix as well as the list at the Insomniac Museum) but this achievement and "Legendary Lombox" are stuck at 7/7 and 100%, respectively. Neither will pop.

Be careful not to skip any if you're planning to do this on challenge mode! Skipping them makes them not count for the achievement. Even going back and replaying them after skipping won't work and you'll have to start a whole new save. I learned that the hard way. Luckily you don't need to 100% them; just play them through to completion.
