For these Master of the Robot Masters weapons achievements, do they reset if we continue playing the game on another loop after beating it or if we game over?

Also just to make sure, if we hit more than 1 enemy with one Power Arm throw, 1 Ice Slasher, or 1 Fire Storm, does it count for however many enemies killed or just 1 enemy?

I'm guessing using the throw on strong enemies like Big Eyes that don't die with 1 hit will not count unless you kill them with multiple blocks.

Just Play Cutman's stage, you will keep the kills for the Power Arm (And any other special weapons) if you game over. To be honest, dying at the start after using all the blocks is encouraged here as they will respawn.

i have beaten the stage using only mega buster but the achieviment don't pop up, what gone wrong?

You need to play trough the whole stage without using anything except Mega Buster here. If this won't work, you might be using wrong ROM.

I played through Cutman first using only Mega Buster. It didn't pop up. I played through another day and it did. I played through Gutsman next in same playthrough using only Mega Buster and nothing. All using the same rom.

One of the value I needed to use with these, have this blind spot I can't bypass using current achievement creation tools. That's why these might not unlock everytime they are attempted, although still they trigger in most cases.

I've made them less complex, that might reduce the possibility of breaking.
