I got it, holy s**t this was stressful. So many spikes and pits and cheap tricks. Pause glitch has never been so useful: it obliterates every boss and can also cancel Mega Man's knockback animation, so you don't get sucked into the abyss after taking a hit, helped me a ton.

Why this achievement not triggered for me, I had 9 lives before entering willy stage and got 1 too in there. So I had 10 lives, and clear the game without death. But achievement not triggered ?

Pretty satisfying to get. But nowhere near as hard as historical reviews would have you believe. Just leave this achievement for last and let the rest of this fantastic set build your skills up enough along the way to be able to take this one on.
