On the final bridge, stop about halfway. Throw an Agent of Doom ball toward the Tyhrranoids at the end of the bridge. Run into the office, and one or more of the Agents will be on the other side of the forcefield. Wait until a Tyhrranoid is dead, then once you leave the office down the sewer, the achievement will pop. If an Agent isn't on the other side of the forcefield, you can quickly load the game and go back to the start of the final TyhrraGuise section.

agents of doom prob might work on the first playthrough; the upgraded agents can't reliably hit the thyrranoids in time before the alarm one-shots you. turret seems to be more reliable on NG+ runs, especially if maxed.

Yall are overcomplicating. Just stand on the opposite side of the bridge, fire a blaster shot, and walk through before the alarm system kills you. Procced after the office cutscene.

definitely over thinking it. got to the end of the bridge, shot a single plasma storm, backed up into the office, jumped down the pipe

The shield that comes up once you enter the room and locks you in, does a REALLY bad job at blocking your shots. If you miss your chance to kill a thyrranoid before you enter the room and activate the cutscene, just move forward against the shield and fire your weapons, because they will sometimes just simply go straight through it.

Another method i found out was the using a charged Shock Blaster/Cannon shot up against the locked door. You'll most likely already have it upgraded to V2 to be able to charge a shot when and by the time you are in Aquatos, however i already had it at V5 prior to Aquatos. Turns out the Charged shot actually goes through the barred door after being locked into Nefarious's Office.

Yeah, I got this by firing off a single N60 shot then walking onto the last button to enter the office.
