first stage is a joke, the real dark souls begins when you hit second stage. some advice:

-take it slowly, and shoot down as many projectiles as possible. staying alive is more important than dealing damage, so keep the screen clear and don't let missiles build up.
-try and stay near the middle of the stage. when i hugged the edge i sometimes found that missiles would approach me from waay over the edge of the screen, and it would be impossible for me to shoot them down because the targeting reticule can't reach far enough to the left or right to get them. but if you stay in the middle you maintain maximum range on your shots and can stay safe. it's also just best for visibility, as you will see everything that he does.
-avoiding the purple energy blasts from the left and right cannons is your highest priority, since those can't be shot down and they do huge damage. the best way to avoid them is to do a big swoop diagonally. this is another reason to stay in the middle of the screen, as it gives you the most space in which to evade these shots.
-the left and right cannons that shoot the purple blobs stay open for a while after shooting. the way to deal with them safely is to first prioritise evading their shots, and then land a few hits afterwards when you are safe. DON'T try to sneak in a few shots as soon as they open, because if you do that it means you're not focusing your full attention on evading the purple blobs and they will likely hit you as a result. play it slow and safe!
-the diamond shaped projectiles are your lowest priority. even though they takes loads of shots to blow up, they move slowly and there is only ever one on screen at a time. also they tend to sit right in front of you making them trivial to blow up while you are targeting other things. for that reason, taking out the lower cannon which shoots them should be your lowest priority

continued:
-the top missile launchers can be dealt with in any order, you will likely be chipping away at them unintentionally while clearing the screen of missiles anyway.

in summary, this is the priority of targets, and the order i recommend shooting in:
1) eliminate any missiles that are likely to hit you
2) eliminate the diamond missile if it is close to getting you (don't need to go for it as soon as it appears, you have a bit of time to be flexible with it)
3) blow up the side cannons once you have safely evaded their purple blasts
4) blow up the missile launchers along the top in whatever order you can manage
5) finish by blowing up the thing at the bottom which shoots the diamond missiles

good luck! remember, this will probably take a while. a successful clear will be slow because you'll be spending more time evading and staying alive than you will taking out the targets, but you'll get there eventually.

As for me, this is a very simple achievement, first we destroy the rocket launchers (in both phases), then everything else.

Tips : On second phase, make sure you destroy undestroyed gun on NGIN down side, then rocket, then orbs launcher.

did it on third try, personally it was easier for me to just destroy the orbs launchers first and only then the rocket launchers, the diamond thing just kinda destroyed meanwhile i was shooting at other things

I advise you to break the side guns in the second phase, followed by the missiles, and then the lower one.
Rockets break quickly, and the shell from the lower cannon breaks for a long time, but you can just not move and shoot
