Use Syn Shenron for this one. Spam his Blast 2, it's really good and does a ton of damage.

Did it using Kid Buu and just stacking power. Not really sure how leveling works tho. Definitely luck based too

You need to get all Stars next to your Health in the Sim, i got mine because of Elder Kai which actually was great i was in day 50 and he unlocked my character's potential to last stars left

What I might recommend is balance the resting and training in a Logical way that works for a person, and try to explore more in like 3 last rounds, and win the mini games from exploring because they help a lott

I did figure out how leveling up works
It is based off of the number of points you have and Dende even says it himself during one of the tips he gives I barely saw it mashing through the text. I dont know the exact numbers but it helps if you try to go for a high score the first few fights. The same scoring applies from the Mission 100 so you want to get a 30+ hit combo and do 20k+ damage while not taking too much damage. This can be done easily by charging to max power and going up to the enemy and start mashing the square button and if you want to be extra cool you can launch then before your max runs out and combo it into a blast 2.
The first 3 fights are easy so you can hit around 900k points which is close to 6 stars. You can then just keep exploring until you find elder kai but you should have enough points to get 7 stars by the end.

Or you can find elder kai 4 times in a single run like I did and get 7 stars in 30 days because of course that would happen when I find out how to get 7 stars easily :(
