Managed to beat the Elite Four and Jax with a team of Moxie Gyarados, Moxie Salamence, Speed Boost Blaziken, Weavile, Sand Rush Excadrill and Mega Lucario, all focused on physical sweeping and having access to some way to boost their offenses whether with abilities or moves.
Man, was that rough, especially fighting Arabella. Still managed to somehow first try both Jax, Penny and Moleman though.

I wouldn't recommend using my team right to the letter, especially with another way to deal with Fairy types aside from me haphazardly pumping as many Poison Jab TMs into my Pokemon and relying on both RNG as well as items like Bright Powder / King's Rock.

But it feels so good to finally get this done.

Not nearly as hard as I expected it to be. Once a sign told me that the elite 4 likes doubles battles I decided to just setup a cheese team with a double calm water absorb Vaporeons. Surf, toxic, aqua ring, and acid armor. They'll stall with healing each other and stabbing everything to death along with toxic. Works for all 5 battles.

ended up using gengar, garchomp, hariyama, hoopa-unbound, froslass, and mega mawile for this... surprisingly turned out well. the ghost type E4 game me the most trouble, but i was able to first try Arabella and Jax, and took 2 tries for Penny and Moleman.

may not be the best team, and probably could have got replacements, but it still worked. ended up using trick room for a few battles with hoopa to ensure i could outspeed.

cradily has simple in this game (game breaking), so if you're having trouble get one of those with double team, curse (egg move), leech seed. use bullet seed, rock tomb, and return TMs between the fights. it can solo the entire e4 and champion
