good LORD that was rough. think that took a few years off of my life lmao. here's my advice for anyone wanting to tackle this achievement:

- be good at the game. practice a bunch until you really have a feel for the turn angles and movement speed
- you can't do this on a touchscreen. i had been playing on smartphone emulator up until now, but this made me set up the emulator on my laptop in order to play with controller. you need actual buttons to press otherwise you won't nail the sharp turns.
- there's only a finite number of balloons on the screen at once. if you're looking around and not seeing any green / striped balloons it's because you're ignoring the basic ones. clear out the plain balloons as you go in order to give better balloons a chance to spawn
- it is only possible to get to 400 points if you get three green balloons in a single session, and in order to do that you have to get the first one as soon as possible. i ended up just restarting until i could see the green balloon at the very start, so i could guarantee the maximum amount of time in which to fit all three balloons. if you don't get your first green balloon within 10 seconds then just quit and retry, it's a doomed run
- don't save green balloons and come back to them later in order to maximise the multiplier. that wastes time, and you will never fit three balloons in one session if you don't grab them asap.
- always be trying to grab balloons. if you have a choice between heading directly to your goal in a straight line vs taking a slightly longer detour that collects a few balloons along the path, it is better to collect a few as you go. you will clear out the dud balloons and give better ones a chance to spawn
-once you get to 200 points, you are a single green balloon away from winning. do all you can to make it spawn!
- this is 100% going to come down to rng. pray for good luck, and settle in for a long haul

Easily the most annoying achievement I've worked on for this hack, and failed to manage so far, after getting all the TM's I've decided I'll try again for this in insane Mode as maybe I'll want the coins for something, and just shelled out the easy 2 million to buy out the Pokemon with money instead.

Then I just have to wait for tomorrow's fossil and I can complete the dex as well.

this one's insanely annoying, it came down to pure rng for me. as the comment above me says your pretty much have to get a green balloon at the start, restart if you don't. as soon as you have 200 clear those balloons and make a beeline straight for a green. i got my last one with a bout 2 seconds left on the clock, just pure luck.

God damn that was as close as possible. Was at 205 score and a green ball spawned with 5 seconds to spare. Made it to the bloody thing with a second to spare lol.

Wow, let's goo! I just barely managed to do it only getting 2 green balloons, got super lucky with a bunch of lines balloons spawning right in front of me!

Strange that this is only 5 point value if it seems like the most hard achievement of this set to get.
Good Luck for this one, it seems to be 5% or 10% to a green ballon appear after getting a ballon and only one a the same time can appear (at least, i never saw two in the same time)

At least i got it!
Some more tips i can give:

-You can fast quit for retry, so restart until a green ball are very close,
-when you are close to the border and want to turn, you can bump into the border for a speed rotation boost
-only one green ball appear at the same time, and if you are not under x2point boost, so get it a soon a possible
- in the end, when you look for the last x2 boost, each time you pick up a ballon, there is chance that a green ball pop, so if you are over 207point, pick some malus ballons for make it appear can help

this isnt as hard as the comments are making it out to be its pretty much luck based. getting 200 and then looking for a final green ball is the best chance ur gonna have so just spam attempts and hope u get lucky took me like an hour

This is all RNG. Try to get a few of the striped balloons before you grab your first green balloon to build your multiplier earlier, but try to make sure you get it before the 35 second mark.

While you have the speed boost, grab as many of the striped balloons as you can (if possible) while grabbing the basic ones and looking for your next green while moving at normal speed. Your goal is to get to 200 before grabbing your final green. There were several times I managed to get 3 greens in one attempt, but just fell short of scoring 400 due to bad RNG with balloon spawns.

Another thing to watch out for is green balloons that are super close to the map border.These can throw you off unless you're a pro at turning and navigation. Overall this took me maybe an hour and half of spamming attemtps and wasn't too bad with some good RNG.

as many other comments point out, this achievement is pretty rng! it /is/ a casino game after all. focus on popping as many (non score reducing balloons) as you can, and be proactive about searching for green balloons, and your luck should line up within an hour or so. do it while happy hour is running (quest reward from man in top left corner of the game corner, can activate once per day) and at least you're killing two bird with one stone farming out the tm's and mons that you'll need for mastery anyway

not 100% sure i'm right, but i think green balloons are more likely to spawn the more balloons you have popped, often times can be worth it to take the -7 balloons if all you need is a 2x balloon to finish. you dont have to be that good at the game to get it though.
