for those who didn't get what this achievement is about, you need to make your cash counter go negative

if you have a lot of money (like milions or so) the best way to get insta poor is to bet everything you got on a horse race since there's no betting limits. there's only 2 betting houses in this game:
- in mulholand near the big parking lot where rider says the classic "keep up mofo"
- in montgomery where you heist the betting house with catalina

once you have about nothing left, head to las venturas and play blackjack at the casinos, your objective is to lose so bet all you have and if you get the "double" option you hit it without thinking twice

you get the achievement after being called twice for a debt of 1k or over, and you'll have to be at las venturas to get called. this will require you to farm some gambling skills til you're able to play the 1k tables

@BerkRider is wrong. Inside track has a bet limit of $9999995. I tried his method and ended up earning more money lmao. Best way to do this is to first max out your gambling skills, then just keep betting 1M on roulette until you go negative
