Does it count 2 times when we are almost at the end of the game, or when we are just starting before we get to the villages of San Fiero?

Tip: for me, at least, there was 2 territories purple that i could barely see in the map, that is located in verona beach, close to the apartment u can buy, in the right (there's a burgershot and a barber too). There's 2 territories there. I got a map on the internet then i see.

Fuck Rockstar for gang wars, so annoying and boring

tip that im not sure is well known:

1. grap a cop bike
2. start a gang war
3. slowly drive towards another territory as you progress through the first 2 waves
4. when the third wave spawns (the territory is already yours) start and cancel vigilante (this will end the gang war)
5. shoot the 3rd wave to start another gang war
6. repeat

note: colors will glitch a little bit, not looking as green as it would if you finished all 3 waves, but the territory still counts as yours, dont worry.

Also, you can farm "infinite" minigun ammo in toreno's farm after vertical bird. It helps a lot imo
