am i stupid i cant find a car which can have more modifications than 10 apart from the paint jobs and colours like mentioned in the achievment

Nah there's only a few that allow for this. If you want to know which, the cars are Bravura, Buccaneer, Club, Intruder, all cars modifiable only through the Transfender mod shop

Thanks before I started I would have bet it is to 100% one of the wank cars or lowriders like remington

According to the wiki at least, I *think* there's only four cars in the entire game that you can do this for: Bravura, Buccaneer, Club, and Vincent (paint jobs don't count according to the desc. at least, hence why Intruder wouldn't actually work...)

I did it with the Vincent, and it can spawn at the Burger Shot in Marina. This is the earliest (and maybe easiest, since the others rely on finding them in the traffic) way to get this one.

I found a club near Maria's beach and a bravura near the bridge where the CJ's house is, I mean where the basketball court leads, and a billiards bar, it opens after the mission, life is a beach, body with the Tempest area

if you've finished the import/exports list you can buy a club from the list near the cargo ship
