It refers to some specific cars you find at the Back o' Beyond fields. They're recognizable for their already damaged state or for rolling from the fields so just be patient and keep eyes open

I managed to find a Ruined Glendale inside the Angel Pine Junkyard.

You can find them spawning extremely consistently at the horseshoe formations in Back o Beyond.

Fun fact: These cars were the first GTA myth, known as the "Ghost cars". Imagine you were one of those original player walking around in that location at night with the fog up, and then an abandoned car come by and swoops next to you. Spooky! And something your friends at school might not believe!

I did it without any intention to, I did not even know about it, I just saw an strange damaged car and I thought, "Weird, gonna take it home(since I needed a car better then the fire truck to get home safe to save since I earned money with the fire truck)" and when saving at the garage bam, cheetos at my face.
