    Glide off the highest point of the map to reach the statue.

    More specifically: Head to Al's Roboshack, climb the boxes and take the elevator, turn left and stretch jump, take the next elevator, then turn left and do another stretch jump off the tower, and glide from there.

    Put shorter: Take two elevators, turn left, and leap.
