first of all, don't complete te QTE agains Ares first fight if you're low on health and mana, if you're already at the QTE part then you must smash O, succeed the first input and fail the second. this will allow you to keep fighting Ares for as long as you need while also farming blue and green orbs. Once you're full you can proceed to save your family.

Before you enter this phase, you must have a full magic and health bar. But if you have a back-up plan in this fight it's up to you. You are the player make up your mind haha :)

Ridiculously difficult. It took me 2 hours to figure out that hugging the wife gives you rage meter. Even after I figured that out it still took me like half an hour more

Had to do it 2 times, due to crash at 3rd phase, lmao. Extremely frustrating part, hope to never see it again.

Key things helped to get through this:
1.As people above said, finishing 1st phase of Ares with full health and mana
2. (S), (S) (Hold) - was key combo to ring out enemies, (S), (S), (T) as emergency thing.
3. Holding onto your magic and rage as long as possible after roof falls off. The more your ringing out streak coninues, more magic you will spam onto Artemis Blade dudes later. Just don't overextend
4. Hug your family only with Hades Army active.

☆My Strategy!

!Note: Try your best to enter the 2nd phase (clone war) with full health and magic bar, otherwise it'll be best to restart

1. Running in the left corner and spamming "Square, Square, Triangle" on the clones, trying to keep them in a straight line making it easier to kill
and a few occasional "Square, Square -> Hold"

2. I would hold my magic for atleast one minute after the roof collapsed, and occasionally activate one or two poseidon's rage to keep the clones away, but no more!

3. When the family's healthbar was one hit low, i would activate spartan rage and spam poseidon's rage and army of hades LASTLY just before the spartan gauge ran out so i would hug the family safely until their healthbar would be atleast 70%

4. Then i would hold out for atleast 50 seconds or more before activating army of hades when the family's healthbar would be very low once again to safely restore their health, doing it a few times until my spartan rage gauge would be back to full, and from then on i would activate it, spam poseidon's rage and lastly if they were still spawning army of hades.

that's what worked best for me
i tried to do other people's strategies and i kept failing until i tried mine, succeeding on my 2nd attempt.
