- Leading with Serperior to attack Golem. Later, Lanturn.
- Leading with Dusknoir to Will-O-Wisp Bronzong. Switched to Talonflame after burn him.
- Talonflame destroyed Escavalier
- Togekiss for Mega Ampharos
- Camerupt with Rock Slide
- Gabite with Bulldoze
For the final 2vs2 against Ampharos & Bronzong, I used Gravity (Dusknoir) and finish them with Bulldoze (Gabite).
I would have brought Excadrill (or a slow ground pokemon) instead of Camerupt, because Bronzong uses Trick Room all the time.
Leads were Special Sweeper Mismagius as well as Torkoal as my Sun Setter, the former OKHOing Bronzong with Moongeist Beam (yes, it can learn that in this game!) and the latter dealing as much damage as it can with Flamethrower. Mega Ampharos wasn't an issue as Mismagius also had Destiny Bond as an Egg Move.
Mega Houndoom was my heavy firepower of the team, and Lucario was frankly just there because it was the best Pokemon I had at the time. There are much better Pokemon you could use, especially to take out Lanturn.
I also had Gengar and Eviolite Clefairy for this battle, but neither were used when I won.
In my case, when using Serperior, I would recommend that you Will-O-Wisp Golem and then the Bronzong since my Serperior could only get him down in two hits, even with proper EV training and Miracle Seed. That, or lead with a different Mon other than Serperior. Seismitoad could potentially work better as a lead against Golem, in retrospect, but I never tested this.
Better to save Serperior for destroying Lanturn with Giga Drain, but be careful with that Ice Beam -- either go in with full health or when there's no trick room.
Talonflame feels basically immortal to some of his mons, even if not properly EV trained or with bad IVs, so definitely bring him a long. Even Flame Charge can make quick work of his Escavalier, but be sure not to use Gravity while he's out since he knows Drill Run.
As for Ampharos, I burned him for good measure, used Gravity, and then used Camerupt for his Earth Power and Seismitoad for his Bulldoze. This did major damage to him and Bronzong.
Since he'll use Max Potions, I still needed Togakiss to finish the job, but watch out for Heavy Slam from Bronzong since it can pick off Togakiss in the end if you aren't careful. My advice would be to heal him up or revive Dusknoir just in case since his Pressure can end Heavy Slam's PP, and if you've got Hex, it'll quickly finish the battle.
Scrafty, Medicham, Gabite, Crobat, Serperior and Lickilicky. I'm actually surprised this team worked as well as it did the times it beat the gym leader, but the other times I was absolutely destroyed.
