    If you manage to collect all the coins in the level, a blue mushroom will appear on the map that will give you an item, there are 7 blue mushrooms in total.
    Below are the levels and the number of coins each one has, and I need to get them all for the blue mushroom to appear.

    We collected 45 and it didn't pop. WTF?

    47 did it. We don't believe there is a single extra coin available if 47 is what it takes for everyone.

    twice the blue mushroom house appeared but the achievement did not trigger. it could be because I used world select, but I didn't have this problem for the world 7 blue house and I world selected for that.
