    Get all 22 coins in world 4-2, there are 19 coins to quickly pick up then go back to get the 3 last coins... Total 22 coins and the blue mushroom is yours !

    I got the blue mushroom house to show up, but the achievement never popped.

    Same, the blue house appeared but did not unlock the achievement (Retroarch, Snes9x core)But then I tried using the Mesen-S core (using the built-in save feature before changing cores). Beat 4-1 again, then get all coins on 4-2 and it will pop

    Don't work on Mesen-S on RALibRetro. But work on another core.

    If you manage to collect all the coins in the level, a blue mushroom will appear on the map that will give you an item, there are 7 blue mushrooms in total.
    Below are the levels and the number of coins each one has, and I need to get them all for the blue mushroom to appear.

    Unlockable How to unlock
    Blue Secret Mushroom: Level 1-4 ** Collect all 44 coins from this level
    Blue Secret Mushroom: Level 2-2 ** Collect all 30 coins from this level
    Blue Secret Mushroom: Level 3-8 ** Collect all 41 coins from this level
    Blue Secret Mushroom: Level 4-2 ** Collect all 22 coins from this level *
    Blue Secret Mushroom: Level 5-5 ** Collect all 28 coins from this level
    Blue Secret Mushroom: Level 6-7 ** Collect all 78 coins from this level

    So I've completed the requirements and had the blue mushroom house appear, and I didn't get the achievement... I'm using RetroArch v1.17.0 w/ the bsnes-mercury Accuracy core. (everything basically up to date)

    Alright, don't know what happened, but after I beat the game I went back to world 4 and tried again and it unlocked this time.
