    Fail the mission "Running Dog" while your Fat stat is over 50%, either by killing Big Smoke, destroying his car, or having the Vagos run away. You'll get a phone call afterwards from him

    It's important to note that if you're over 50% fat early enough Sweet's call to tell you about the gym is actually replaced with Big Smoke telling you to lose weight. If you encounter this don't worry, this is *not* what the achievement is referring to. There is a separate encounter after Running Dog as DanielARP said above.

    I do recommend trying to get that other phone call though as it's funnier in my opinion ("what's up?" "your fat to muscle ratio that's what's up" rekt)

    The Running Dog mission doesn't seem to be entirely necessary. I just went and got CJ's body fat above 50% and get a phone call from him as soon as i left the fast food joint.

    The call seems to trigger after leaving a building, rather than right after meeting the requirements.

    went from 0 to 100% fat over the course of a few in game hours at night, got the max fat achievement to pop, but never heard from BS. Exited and entered the pizza joint multiple times. Ran back to grove st to save, left the house and nothing. Ran to the gym and biked 6000 then went back outside, fat at 75%, ran home and saved again. Still no call. I'm getting ready to start the mission Doberman.

    I increased CJ's fat to 100% and tried the "Running Dog" mission, but failed, exploding the car. Then, I went to the pizzeria, ate all three dishes, and left. Shortly after, I received a call from Smoke.
