    This one aint that hard. Grab the car, tune it up with every performance upgrade (turbo, engine, full transmission customization, full suspension, super-soft tires) and maybe 2 weight reductions just in case. Set the nitrous to 100, transmission in Auto 25. Select Fuji 90's and let that scrappy Beetle fly past everyone effortlessly.

    Used OGBrian's strat above. Worked a charm. Also make sure to use the cheat shortcut on Fuji 90s at the end of the track (cut the grass).
