I was a little more original - Lotus Elan on the FR challenge, seattle - no turbos or other modifications, other than 100 extra ballast weight (you can make it lighter I think). Not the easiest method, but one of the more fun ones.

Got this one on NA Sports event 1, Infineon Raceway, on a practically stock Delorean. Just extremely lucky with the AI losing pace and exploiting the tire barrier on the hairpin just before the finish line.

Got this on race 2 (Fuji 90s) from the Tuning Cars Grand Prix series with Opera Performance S2000... and I TOTALLY didn't cut that last hairpin corner each lap.

De Lorean on El Capitan, 3rd American championship, racing suspension, racing brakes, racing flywheel triple clutch, you might need a few resets to get good opponents

If someone is looking for an easy way to get this achievement, I believe the easiest way is to go to arcade mode, and choose the TAKATA DOME NSX (available from the beginning) with opponents at 10 difficulty. You will always have a 200 pt race and the race itself is not that hard on any track, unless you decide to choose a high speed one (like super speedway or something)

I did it very easy in Tsukuba Wet medium (special conditions) with the Subaru Impreza Rally Car, reward from Capri medium

I did it with some difficulty using a fully kitted out Evo VI against the 88C. Once I figured out his line I just stayed in it and kept letting him bump me forward. With some tuning and some..... stylistic adjustments to my driving,.. it wasn't so bad. thanks for the set

i'll add i didn't know this was an achievement until i got it. i was going for tsukuba wet hard + lancer challenge: evo vi and it just happened to be 200 a-spec pts

I did it with a stock Elise 111R on race 5 of NA Sports. It was pretty easy, AI isn't super fast on Trial Mountain and the Lotus is a great car.

I got in Pan Euro Championship, Grand Valley. Probably y'll need to refresh the race sometimes to get 200 a-spec. And may take some time since the oponents are strong MR opponents, for me was pretty fun and effective. Try to save many tires as possible for the last lap either if you try this.

I didn't try it with other cars, I just saw a window of possibility in this race and it worked, I really like the Lotus Carlton/Opel-Chev Omega. So I felt obliged to do this with it haha. It's an interesting setup too, especially if you leave soft tires and some other additions. Btw Carlton only appears rarely in used cars from 90.

Also easily doable with a stock BMW 2002 Turbo in Schwarzwald Liga A, any of the 3 races.

Just did GJ848's strategy and it worked great. Just go to the Special Condition Events and win the Impreza Rally Car Prototype from Capri Rally (Normal). Then just use it unmodified in Tsukuba Wet Race (Normal). The race is so easy that it's impossible to lose. Plus you get a real nice Impreza rally car to keep.

Audi quattro 82 in beginner 4wd challenges easily gives you 200pts in any race (sometimes with balance). I recommend upgrading transmission, brakes and suspension though
