    How do you get this one? 3 tags and caveman in the same combo seems impossible because of the combo run out timer

    I guess there's no way you can do this if not on Easy. Even so, you have to be 100% precise or else you'll need to restart. This is how I did it:

    I skipped tutorial and went to Boston directly by talking to Tony and doing the Focus tutorial. In Boston, take the apples next to the cannons end head to the hospital entrance (where should have some NPCs). Now you gotta be precise: Freak out and combo into a manual, fill the special meter and start Focus, get off the skate and do one tag, then Caveman into a manual. Get off the board, tag and caveman into a manual again. If you did it right, throw 2 apples at the npcs while still in the manual. That will take some practice but it's possible.
