What achievement is this referring to? I'm drawing a blank.

Found it. I remembered now but for some reason didn't check the room on my first playthrough (didn't help that I was doing the no optional maps cheevo to check.

It's in the prison in the 1F NW corner.

Now that you've found it again you understand why achievement's description is so vague.

I even put in a 0.66 seconds time delay to make achievement's triggering sound not interfere with the "event" for players who experience it for the very first time.

Oh I wasn't meaning to complain about the lack of description, the picture was a clue but my brain couldn't recall the link and was tired. Not being abut to check the map didn't help but I felt just letting people know where to look if they had no clue was helpful. Thank you for writing the set.
