    Couldn't find a video of where to find this as I only some description of this location of the hidden swingshot target. Here's a video of the location if anyone is stumped. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lREwiMeayos

    I tried hitting it from the train and I always died before the achievement popped; it did work after I just jumped to the left of the train though.

    Easier way, adapted from https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/boards/561107-ratchet-and-clank/44119494 :

    To find it, you'll have to go through the level until the train station. At the end of the quay (on which are the monsters with their dogs), don't jump on the train! but simply go on the little platform with the health box (on your right). From there, you will have to jump to the left into the sky, the opposite direction of where the train is facing in. Use the heli-pack and go straight forward. After a while, you should see a building with a swingshot target on the top! You can use your swingshot to get there.
