At first I thought I should complete a level while having the Power Sneakers power-up. Turns out it's something very different and very easy! Why not make this achievement the way I thought it would work. It's challenging... but it can be achieved in a couple of tries (and as early as Green Hill zone 2)

This is the kind of achievement you need to look up, verify that it's actually considered to be worth doing (in spite of the fact that it goes against the game's core theme) and then do it.
