What does your progress on the achievement show? On your achievement menu, it should show how many you've killed out of the total number. You may have missed a couple but I believe you can backtrack to go and find them. Except maybe outside, I'm not sure. It would be a good idea to make another check of the outdoor areas before entering the building

I thought I got glitched, turns out I missed one of the crossbow enemies from the start. I was able to back track all the way to the start and found him there with shockingly others who respawned.

Quando começar mate o arqueiro que da pra ver com o rifle perto de onde a Ada inicia o jogo, depois quando chegar perto de onde aciona o farol na história do Leon, mate os dois arqueiros que estão na porta também com o rifle.
Depois disso é só se certificar de ir matando os inimigos antes de ativar um evento de cutscene com ganados porque isso pode fazer com os que já estão na área sejam substituídos pelo da cutscene.
E também tem um ganado com escudo que spawna na caverna quando você chega na escada pra entrar no laboratório, é só passar pelos dois ganados que também nascem ali aonde teria o mercador atrás de você e andar mais uns passos até encontrar ele.
E caso tenha dúvidas o Krauser conta como kill caso você ache que ficou faltando uma na contagem antes da batalha com ele.

mesmo fazendo o que o megasamus2099 falou, sempre fica faltando ao final 1 ou 2.O que posso estar fazendo de errado?

Existem 2 ganados que só aparecem quando você pega a granada que está no baú na segundo cenário da ilha, o mesmo que tem o lynx de tesouro.

There are 2 ganados conditioned to spawn after get the granade in treasure box in second scenario (where's the lynx treasure).

para que no se pierdan como yo, son 102 enemigos (101 ganados + Krauser), krauser es el 102.

In the Ada mission, there is a slightly glitchy counter for 102 kills, but even if you endlessly return to 1st location, enemies will spawn, but they won’t count
So look at my list and you should too:

1) First Location - 18 (When you start, kill the archer you see with a rifle near where Ada starts the game, then when you get close to where the beacon in Leon's story activates, kill the two archers that are at the door, also with rifles.
After this, just be sure to kill the enemies before activating the cutscene with the Ganados, because this may cause those already in the area to be replaced by the enemies from the cutscene.

2) Second Location - 20 (There is also a ganado with a shield that appears in the cave when you reach the stairs to enter the lab, just walk past the two ganados that also spawn where the merchant will be behind you and walk a few more steps until you find him.

There are also 2 Ganados that should appear after you get the grenade in the treasure chest (where the lynx treasure is).

3) Third Location - 4

4) Fourth Locatoin - 6

5) Third Location - 6 (After taking 2 flasks)

6) Fifth Location - 15

7) Sixth Location - 4

8) Seventh Location - 15

9) Eighth Location - 13
