If you have problems with the ring close to the bike's location, get a Packer (the truck that has a ramp) and get the front close to the bike's location. It will save you time.

This achievement was pretty rough for me, but I gotchu if you're reading this:

I've tried to get the same amount of rings as the person up top, but I could NEVER get all 3 going off the ramp of the first packer (the cars with ramps). I'd recommend setting it up for the airborne two that are above you at the start near the ramp.

I've also tried to keep both packers spawned in, but I couldn't even keep one from disappearing randomly. The way you get the packer is by driving near CJ's private air field/highways in Las Venturas. Once you get a packer, I would recommend stowing it in the airfield and saving. That way, if it despawns, you can reload the save without having to go all the way back. The easiest route to take to get back to the NRG challenge is to take the railroad. If you want to try to get 2 packers together, they spawn commonly when there is one already on the map. I'd recommend going with one, hopping out and moving the second one.

To control the back of the packer, move the right analog stick up and down.

The second video gives you an idea of the route you're going to want to take. Some people like lining themselves up with the jump point and backing up the opposite side as high as possible, but I prefer slowly going down one side of the ramp to the other.

Like Chows said, watch those videos. Set up your ramp (Packer) next to the start (as seen in the first video he linked). Also look at the video by GTA Series Videos. Leaning forward mid air also helps out a lot as it makes your bike go straight(er) up.

pretty easy tbh. No fancy strats needed, just plan a good route. Got a 1:44 without the packer and I fell from the bike once

Finding Packer is the hardest part. Without Packer it is not so hard as seems. Just remember lines on the floor that helps you with navigation.

no special strategy is needed. mashing up on the left stick before a jump might have helped me a bit. I also jumped towards the high ones at a very slight angle
I would've been way more frustrated doing all the tedious sounding prep necessary for the ramp than just giving it a handful of tries
