Do you need to open both doors for this to work? I did both routes to grab valuables but got nothing.

It should trigger on killing all the enemies. There's a measured flag on it so you should be able to track how many you've killed and if there are any left on your cheevo list

I once again was stuck at 31 enemies here but out of frustration I shot the wagon at the begining of the left route. THEN it triggered. Does the wagon coun as an enemy or is it something wrong here?

DO NOT SHOOT THE WAGON AT THE START.
It counts as one of the enemies you need but if it explodes and kills anything you won't get credited for the kill.

I shot the wagon at the beginning of the left route and killed 2 enemies with it, still got the achievement so this may have been a minor bug on your end or it's been fixed since.

I was missing one enemy and had to re-enter the area for him to appear. I don't know why but the ps2 version has been behaving very weird for me, a lot of enemies don't spawn or aggro when they should.

I made a ticket, got told I was using an unsupported emulator(Nethersx2), but this gets to 31/32 in PCSX2 as well and doesn't unlock either, what am I doing wrong? Can anyone tell me?

So I figured out what's going on. For some reason, I only genuinely had 31 enemies spawn in my save. I completed the part 10 different times before I figured "Okay, I'll go back before the cabin part." Completed the cabin part again to get a fresh version of both routes and whaddya know it, 32 enemies this time around. I think to reduce headaches, this achievement should be reduced to 31. Or someone else read my notes and redo the cabin part (or if you have a save directly after the cabin part that might also work as I didn't) to not have to repeat this part multiple times.
